Our GLP1 Medication Purchase Program is for our existing patients who desire GLP1 medications outside of their health insurance. This includes patients who may not have obesity but have defined weight-loss goals.

Interested patients should speak to the doctor. This webpage is an overview of our program only. The doctor will typically try to get these type of medication covered by your insurance before proceeding with this purchase program. Commentary on value of the offerings: The non-injectable tirzepatide is cheaper than non-injectable semaglutide, but one would expect the opposite. The oral Semaglutide is compounded with SNAC to replicate the properties of Rybelsus (ie. solve an absorption problem). The non-injectable tirzepatide has no Brand-Name FDA Cleared equivalent in the US market, so in a sense it’s more fringe.
If you are debating which variation to start with, there is a strong case to stick with semaglutide injections as it’s the most affordable and easily sourced from other suppliers at more consistent costs (should there be a supply disruption during your treatment).
